Using this website

This website is a Vereno-powered club website. Users may browse public content, sign in with a Vereno account, access protected content when eligible, place webshop orders when enabled, and manage profile data shared with the club.

Vereno account

A single Vereno account can be used across Vereno services. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for keeping shared profile, contact, and address details accurate.

Club services and webshop orders

The purchase contract is between the customer and the club. The club is the seller and is responsible for product information, prices, taxes, availability, fulfilment, delivery, statutory cancellation information, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer communication. Vereno provides the technical account, website, checkout, and order-management infrastructure and is not the seller.

Club-provided content

The club is responsible for ensuring that text, images, videos, documents, products, prices, claims, links, and other material it publishes through Vereno are accurate, lawful, and properly licensed. Vereno may remove or restrict access to content that violates law, third-party rights, or platform terms.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, submit unlawful content, or use Vereno services in a way that harms the club, Vereno, or other users.

Changes

Vereno may update these standard terms when the platform or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms apply.
