Use this page to report club-provided content on this website that you believe is unlawful, infringes rights, or violates Vereno platform terms. Club-specific questions, membership topics, orders, refunds, and event questions should normally be sent to the club contact shown in the legal notice.

What to include

To let Vereno identify and review the report, include the exact page URL, a clear description of the content, the reason why you believe it is unlawful or infringing, your name and email address, and any supporting evidence. Reports should be made in good faith.

What happens next

Vereno may ask for more information, forward the report to the club where appropriate, restrict or remove access where required, preserve technical records, or reject reports that do not provide enough information. Vereno does not decide ordinary club disputes and does not provide legal advice.

Urgent danger

If a situation involves immediate danger, threats, abuse, or other urgent harm, contact the competent public authority or emergency service first. This reporting channel is for platform notice handling and is not an emergency service.
